Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery and other reputed courier services.

Delivery Attempts

Damaged Package on Delivery

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.

Incorrect Address

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier, an appropriate replacement or refund will be processed as per our policies.
