If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• Prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to check whether your order qualifies for a return or exchange.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers who place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are requested to ensure they intend to accept the shipment.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in:

• Restriction or removal of the Cash on Delivery option for future purchases.
• Cancellation of future orders at our discretion.

This helps us reduce unnecessary logistics costs and continue providing reliable service to all customers.
